Experimental group:A 3D print-based positioning film wig protector was used 2-3 days after the sutures were removed following decompressive craniectomy.
Control group:After the suture was removed after DC surgery, the patient and his family were advised to pay attention to the protection of the skull defect

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age 18-80 years, (2) acute ischaemic stroke (AIS), cerebral haemorrhage (ICH), traumatic brain injury (TBI), subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH), benign or malignant brain tumour diagnosed by neurosurgeon and confirmed by CT or MRI imaging. (3) Post-operative CT imaging data were retained. (4) Wound healing after DC surgery. (5) Patients can communicate easily. (6) Informed consent from patients or family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Mental abnormality or disturbance of consciousness. (2) Complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney and other organ diseases or failures. (3) Active malignant tumour. (4) Patient has severe anxiety and depression. (5) Wound swelling or skull flap protrusion after DC surgery. (6) Scalp infection.
