18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Selection of patients who meet the indications for neuroglioma occupancy resection surgery, and the patients themselves and their families agree to the surgery, aged18-80 years old 2: ASA ? - ? level 3: Glasgow score of 15 without preoperative symptomatic elevated intracranial pressure 4: Be informed about the study and sign the informed consent form 5: BMI18.5-28kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with traumatic brain injury, intracerebral hemorrhage, or cerebral vascular diseases 2: History of alcohol or drug abuse, presence of mental illness or family history of mental illness 3: Uncontrolled hypertension or severe heart disease that impairs cardiac function (New York Heart Association Functional Classification = III) 4: History of related anesthetic allergy 5: Pregnant and/or lactation period patients 6: Radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy before surgery 7: Those who are participating in other clinical trials, refuse to participate in this trial, or are otherwise unsuitable for participation in this study
