Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ) Primipara, >= 20 years old. 2 ) head position, full-term ( gestational age >= 37 weeks ), single live birth. 3 ) No vaginal delivery contraindications. 4 ) Voluntary to join this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 ) Patients who have decided to undergo elective or emergency cesarean section for various reasons ( fetal distress, placental abruption, umbilical cord prolapse, voluntary requirements, etc. ) ; 2 ) Refusing to sign informed consent for any reason ; 3 ) Can not cooperate with the inspector for any reason.
