Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. Expected ICU stay of = 3 days; 3. PICCO monitoring is required due to the condition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. The life expectancy of critically ill patients is less than 24 hours; 3. Late stage tumor; 4. Difficulty in obtaining carotid blood flow spectrum
