18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Adult patients scheduled to undergo TKA under general anesthesia; (2) ASA classification of I-III; (3) Patients voluntarily participating in the study and signing an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Age 80 years; (2) Body mass index >40 kg/m2; (3) Knee varus-valgus deformity =30°; (4) Knee flexion deformity =30°; (5) Patients with contraindications to peripheral nerve block; (6) History of chronic pain or opioid use; (7) Lower limb neuropathy or neurological impairment; (8) Allergy or intolerance to any component of the regimen; (9) Mental illness that affects cognition, judgment and compliance.
