Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 65 or older, undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia. 2. ASA I-III levels; 3. Preoperative routine examinations showed no significant abnormalities in the functions of important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys, and no imbalances in water, electrolytes, or acid-base metabolism.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis:; 2. Lack of communication ability before surgery (coma, severe dementia, or language disorders); Brain injury or neurosurgical surgery; 3. Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction<30%, pathological sinus syndrome, severe sinus bradycardia (<50 beats per minute) or second degree or higher atrioventricular block, without pacemaker; 4. Severe liver dysfunction (Child Pugh C grade); Severe renal dysfunction (undergoing dialysis before surgery); 5. Expected survival time is no more than 24 hours.
