Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students in the first, second and third year of medical Science Center of Qingdao University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Former or current smokers; Individuals with acute respiratory illness within 2 months; Those with concomitant chronic lung diseases or lung diseases that may impair lung function, including chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, tuberculosis, pulmonary contusion and laceration, and history of lung surgery; Preterm birth; History of respiratory infections and infectious diseases such as measles and whooping cough during childhood. Medical conditions that increase the risk of infection transmission, such as hemoptysis or heavy discharge; Individuals with a history of life events like drowning or fire incidents that could potentially lead to impaired lung function. Cumulative residence time in mining areas is =12 months; Family history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease; History of syncope associated with forced exhalation/coughing episodes; Less than 6 weeks after surgical or medical complications and less than 3 weeks after modern minimally invasive surgery procedures. Patients who have undergone endoscopy and biopsy on the same day as the pulmonary function test are excluded. Systemic hypotension or severe hypertension cases are excluded. Pregnant women and lactating mothers are excluded from the study. Thoracic deformity cases are excluded. Use of ß-blockers (including eye drops) for various reasons such as marcelol eye drops or levobonolol hydrochloride eye drops is an exclusion criterion. Individuals with recent hand injuries preventing them from participating in grip strength measurement are also excluded.
