Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children undergoing elective cerebral tumor resection; age 0-12 years; ASA grade ?-?; guardians agreed to participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The guardian of the child refused to participate in this study; 2.Children suffer from intracranial hypertension before surgery. 3.Surgical assessment was not suitable for participation 4.Children with pulmonary alveolar disease, pneumothorax, barostatic injury or local pulmonary lesions. 5.Children with hemodynamic instability.
