Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Included in the standard primary Diagnosis and treatment guidelines for hyperthyroidism (2019) were newly diagnosed, untreated hyperthyroidism patients aged 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypothyroidism, subclinical hypothyroidism, subclinical hyperthyroidism, subacute thyroiditis, etc. Pregnancy; Have organic brain disease or mental illness; People who have taken antipsychotics, sedatives and hypnotics or other drugs that affect cognitive function; Persons with communication disabilities such as visual and hearing impairment; Smokers and alcoholics; Patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension and cerebral infarction; Not cooperating with surveys and interviewers
