group DPE :the loading dose for initial labor analgesia is 20 ml of 0.1% bupivacaine combined with 0.3 µg/ml sufentanil.
group EP :the loading dose for initial labor analgesia is 20 ml of 0.57% lidocaine combined with 0.3 µg/ml sufentanil.

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: single pregnancy,cephalic pregnancy,term (37-42 weeks), cervical dilation <5 cm,required labor analgesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA>=?, pregnancy-related diseases (i.e.,gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia), known fetal abnormalities, contraindications to neuraxial anaesthesia, Allergy to bupivacaine, lidocaine, or sufentanil.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The time for achieving "adequate analgesia" within 30 minutes after the completion of the injection of analgesic drugs;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The time from the puncture needle reaching the epidural space to achieving adequate analgesia;NRS ;sensory block level;
