A group:Intravenous ceftriaxone (1 g/d) once within 24 hours before endoscopic treatment
B group:Intravenous ceftriaxone (1 g/d) once within 24 hours after endoscopic treatment

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18~75 years old; 2. Patients with gastroesophageal variceal bleeding; 3. Patients who need endoscopic treatment; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are in poor physical condition and cannot tolerate endoscopic treatment; 2. Those with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, coagulation dysfunction, severe anemia and other organ tumor diseases, which affect endoscopic operation or postoperative follow-up; 3. Those who have existing infections that affect the evaluation of treatment effect; 4. Those who are allergic or resistant to the antibiotics used in the test; 5. Those who are unwilling to participate in this trial; 6.Those who have failed to endoscopic treatment
