Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Those aged = 65 years who planned to undergo major abdominal surgery ( including hepatobiliary, pancreatic, gastrointestinal and gynecological surgery, ect ) ; 2. The operation time lasted for 2h ~ 6h ;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.MMSE < 24 points ; 2.Bedridden unable to take care of themselves and paralysis ; 3.Patients with a recent history of stroke ; 4.Communication disorders, hearing and visual impairment uncorrected ; 5.Dementia, Parkinson 's disease, epilepsy patients ; 6.Reject the experimenter ;
