Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Admission more than 48 hours, age 18-90 years; 2. Nutritional risk screening (NRS2002) within 24 hours of admission; 3. Preoperative diagnosis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma through various imaging, etc., and underwent HCCA radical resection; 4. Clear clinicopathological and nutritional assessment information is required, and paraffin pathology is clearly diagnosed as cholangioadenocarcinoma 5. No distant metastatic lesions were found before and during the operation; 6. Did not receive any neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy or immunotherapy before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative hospital stay=7 days; 2. The patient is pregnant or lactating; 3. Paraffin pathology confirmed the diagnosis of other tumors (including lower bile duct carcinoma, ampullary carcinoma, gallbladder cancer, liver internal cholangiocarcinoma); 4. Combined with incurable malignant tumors of other systems; 5. Preoperative clear diagnosis of acute infectious disease and uncured; 6. Have severe aggravation of blood, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 7. Definitive diagnosis of autoimmune disease.
