control group:The control group maintained the original lifestyle and participated in the health education lectures related to cognitive impairment once every 4 weeks for 60 minutes each time for 12 w

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the above aMCI diagnostic criteria; 2) Aged between 60 and 75; 3) Right-handed; 4) Instrumental daily living ability score < 18 points; 5) Global Deterioration Scale (GDS) is at levels 2 to 3; 6) The total score of MoCA is less than 26 points. If the patient's education period is less than 6 years, the total score will be increased by 1 point; 7) Have certain reading comprehension and communication skills, can cooperate with the completion of scale assessment; 8) The subject knows and voluntarily signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Geriatric depression scale =9 points; 2) Patients with a history of hospitalization after stroke, or serious malignant tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, organ failure, metabolic diseases and other serious chronic diseases; 3) There are contraindications to MRI scanning, or space claustrophobia is not suitable for MRI scanning; 4) accompanied by visual/hearing impairments or dyslexia that affect the assessment of cognitive function; 5) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
