Interventions

30% Salicylic Acid Group:Apply 30% salicylic acid to the treated side until frosting occurs. Then neutralize with distilled water.
Fire Needling Group:Hold a 1ml sterile syringe needle with the thumb, index, and middle fingers of the right hand. Place the needle in the outer flame of the fire, first heating the needle body and th
Fire Needling+30% Salicylic Acid Group:ire needling treatment is performed first, followed by acid peeling.
Control Group:Basic acne treatment, including topical fusidic acid and adapalene.

14 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and classified as Grade II–III according to the Pillsbury classification. 2.Age between 14 and 40 years. 3.Have not used any oral medication related to this condition within the past 30 days and no topical medication related to this condition within the past 7 days 4.Voluntarily participating with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or women who have fertility-related requirements in the past three months; (2) Individuals with other skin conditions on the face that may worsen the condition, such as severe seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, other dermatitis or eczema-like skin diseases, and active herpes simplex, vitiligo, or psoriasis; (3) Individuals with serious underlying diseases, such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematological system diseases, or mental disorders; (4) Individuals who are afraid of needles, have needle phobia, are allergic, or have a tendency to form keloids; (5) Individuals who do not cooperate with the treatment; (6) Occupational acne caused by chemical substances or drug-induced acne; (7) Individuals who are allergic to the medications used in this study.
