Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: One of the patients who met the following criteria: (1) was diagnosed with sepsis within 48 hours, and sepsis met the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0 (confirmed infection or suspected infection, and SOFA score =2); Or (2) patients at high risk for sepsis (suspected infection and qSOFA=2 scores)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age < 18 years old; 2) Pregnant and lactating women; 3) Only patients admitted to ICU for the first time for the same hospitalization were included; 4) have been included in this study in other centers; 5) Post-transplant patients; 6) Patients with active bleeding or requiring blood transfusion; 7) Did not sign the informed consent.
