Inclusion criteria: 1.Type 2 diabetes mellitus reaching obesity; 2.Use semaglutide for hypoglycemic treatment; 3.Check in and seek medical treatment at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from2023 to 2024;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete clinical data to be collected;
