Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Shunt-type volume overload congenital heart disease; 2. Age 0-18 years; 3. Clinical condition and echocardiographic requirements meet the needs for examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital heart disease with combined resistance load; 2. Complex congenital heart malformations; 3. Poor sound transmission conditions, or due to limited position and other factors can not cooperate; 4. Patients with severe arrhythmia, primary PAH, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, severe valvular disease, etc. 5. Those with liver, kidney, or other organ dysfunction; 6. Children with congenital heart disease not from the Yunnan subplateau region; 7. Those unwilling to participate in this study.
