60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60-75 years old; 2. Cognitive frailty; 3. Have basic reading and writing skills and be able to use electronic products such as smartphones (independently use WeChat); 4. Informed consent and Willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those diagnosed with neurological diseases such as dementia, Parkinson's, epilepsy, etc.; 2. Those who suffer from physical and other major diseases and are unable to complete the assessment.
