Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children aged 0-6 years who were diagnosed with simple ventricular septal defect or atrial septal defect and scheduled to undergo repair under cardiopulmonary bypass were included; (2) The legal guardian of the child signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with preoperative malignant tumors; (2) Patients with active rheumatic system disease before surgery and not yet under control; (3) Patients with serious and uncontrolled infection before surgery; (4) Patients with significant respiratory function impairment before surgery; (5) Patients with severe pre-operative anticoagulant dysfunction; (6) Patients with severe renal failure and/or liver failure before surgery; (7) Patients who underwent Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) before or after surgery; (8) Patients who used aortic balloon reperfusion before or after surgery; (9) Patients with preoperative massive cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage.
