Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA grade of II ~ III; 3. Male and female patients, aged 25 to 75 years; 4. NYHA grade of I ~ III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with limb deformity or peripheral vascular disease affecting upper limb function; 2. Patients with a medical history of nervous system, immune system and mental illness; 3. Patients with active inflammatory bowel disease; 4. Patients receiving intravenous nutrition before operation; 5. Preoperative severe renal insufficiency (serum creatinine > 442 umol/L, with or without serum potassium > 6.5 mmol/L, or the clinician-recognized need for renal replacement therapy), liver insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade C); 6. Patients who plan to undergo enterostomy; 7. past cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents; 8. intestinal movement disorders because of endocrine system diseases; 9. Patients and/or their family members refuse to participate in the program.
