Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Long term aerobic exercise group 1) Aged between 18 and 25 years old 2) Long term regular exercise for more than 1 year, exercise at least 3 times a week, and exercise for at least 30 minutes each time 3) Right handedness 4) Subject is informed and voluntarily signs informed consent form (2) Long-term inactive group 1) Aged between 18 and 25 years old 2) Accumulated sedentary time >= 8 hours/day, moderate intensity physical activity MVPA<150 minutes/week 3) Right handedness 4) Subject is informed and voluntarily signs informed consent form Two groups of research subjects are matched in terms of age, gender, body mass index, and other proportions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) >= 53 points; (2) Having a history of cognitive impairment, stroke or transient ischemic attack, epilepsy or other neurological disorders; (3) There are contraindications for fNIRS, such as head (out of mouth) metal (such as shrapnel, surgical clips or welding or metal product fragments) or sensitive scalp; (4) Patients participating in other clinical trials during the same period.
