Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Preoperative gastroscopy, endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS), biopsy pathology, Lugol staining, or endoscopic narrow-band imaging (NBI) confirmed early esophageal cancer or precancerous lesions, ? lesion length = 2cm, ? evaluated as an indication for ESD treatment and signed a surgical informed consent form. Randomization: Patients were randomly assigned to the underwater ESD group and the titanium clip assisted traction ESD group in a 1:1 ratio, and randomized using a randomization list.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Abnormal heart, liver, kidney and other functions that do not meet surgical indications; ? Patients with concurrent malignant tumors of other organs; ? Individuals with surgical contraindications; ? The patient and their family members did not cooperate with the surgery.
