Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Suspected patient with gastrointestinal perforation; 2. All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT transverse section and multi plane reconstruction; 3. All patients were admitted with acute abdominal pain; 4. The image quality meets the diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with intra-abdominal free gas within 7 days after abdominal surgery;
