Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 6 months or more after weight loss metabolic surgery; (2) BMI >= 24 kg/m2; (3) aged 18 to 60 years; (4) without severe gastrointestinal symptoms, especially nausea and vomiting; (5) with good language expression and comprehension; and (6) voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) those who have failed in surgical weight loss; (2) those who are taking medications that may affect their weight such as antidepressants, corticosteroids, insulin; (3) those who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (4) those who have a combination of other serious illnesses or complications such as malignant tumors, severe hepatic or renal impairment, etc.; (5) those who have a history of previous gastrointestinal surgery, unable to eat orally; (6) Simultaneously participating in multiple clinical studies.
