Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 40 and 79 years; 2. Primary school education or higher and able to communicate basic information; 3. Exhibits early symptoms of cognitive impairment, such as memory decline or difficulty concentrating, but has not been diagnosed with cognitive impairment (assessed before and after the intervention using the Chinese Beijing version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). The MoCA total score is 30, with a cut-off score of 26 indicating cognitive impairment: for those with >=12 years of education, a score of 26 or higher is considered cognitively normal; for those with <12 years of education, an additional point is added, and a score of 26 or higher is considered cognitively normal); 4. Willing to participate in this study, signed informed consent, and able to complete the required exercise intervention and assessments according to the study requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular diseases, such as heart disease or hypertension, making participation in exercise interventions unfeasible; 2. Severe musculoskeletal diseases, such as arthritis or fractures, preventing completion of the required exercise tasks; 3. Other diseases or mental disorders affecting mobility, such as Parkinson's disease or depression; 4. Previous treatment with anti-dementia medication; 5. Participation in regular physical activities, such as Tai Chi, Baduanjin, or square dancing, for three months or more prior to the study.
