Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single fetus and preeclampsia with gestational age greater than 34 weeks after elective cesarean section under combined epidural and lumbar anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included a history of chronic hypertension, heart disease, cardiac insufficiency, other serious chronic diseases, family history of genetic problems, multiple pregnancies, emergency surgery, refusal to participate in the study, and contraindications to intra spinal anesthesia.
