Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants must be aged 3 years or older; 2.Participants must meet the diagnostic criteria for primary autoimmune cerebellar ataxia as revised by Peking Union Medical College Hospital, or the diagnostic criteria for paraneoplastic cerebellar degeneration (referencing Neurol Neuroimmunol Neuroinflamm 2021.8;21014), or the diagnostic criteria for GAD antibody-associated cerebellar ataxia. This also includes patients with cerebellar ataxia as the primary manifestation of Miller Fisher Syndrome, opsoclonus myoclonus ataxia syndrome, and autoimmune encephalitis; 3.Patients or their guardians must provide written informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cerebellar ataxia associated with other etiologies such as space-occupying lesions, central nervous system demyelinating diseases, alcohol intoxication, genetic disorders; 2.Women who are pregnant or in the lactation period;
