Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years old, male/female, Asian race. 2.Patients with kidney stones, size of 6-20mm (unilateral or bilateral), suitable for flexible ureterorenoscopic lithotripsy. 3.Study participants voluntarily joined the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with serious underlying diseases (ASA grade III or above); 2.Gestational period; 3.Combined with ipsilateral upper urinary tract malformations, including: double pyeloureter malformation, horseshoe kidney, malrotation of kidney, pyeloureteral junction stenosis, ureterovesical junction stenosis; 4.Ureteral stricture caused by various reasons on the operative side, such as ureteral tumor, iatrogenic injury, and external ureteral compression; Or have a history of surgery for ipilateral ureteral stenosis; 5.After the diversion of urinary flow; 6.Cases with ipsilateral ureteral calculi; 7.Uncontrolled severe urinary tract infections; 8. Severe abnormal coagulation function; 9.Combined with the same degree of hydronephrosis.
