18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who signed informed consent and were willing to complete the study according to the protocol; 2) Patients scheduled for elective esophageal cancer surgery with one lung ventilation; 3) ASA grade I~III; 4) The age ranged from 18 to 80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe asthma or COPD, pulmonary bullae, pneumothorax, emphysema, bronchopleural fistula, etc; 2) Facial, nasal or airway anatomical abnormalities, nasal diseases; 3) Any pulmonary disease, including bronchopulmonary dysplasia, respiratory distress syndrome, active upper respiratory tract infection, asthma, tracheal or subglottic stenosis; 4) Before operation, the oxygen of finger pulse was lower than 95%. 5) High risk patients with reflux aspiration;
