Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The surgical criteria for pulmonary nodules were formulated according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Classification, Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules (2016 edition) : (1) Solid nodules: 15 ~ 30mm in diameter; Malignant CT signs were found between 5 and 15mm in diameter. The diameter of 5 ~ 15mm, no obvious malignant CT signs, 3 months after follow-up increased; Diameter ?5mm, 1 year after follow-up found increased; (2) Partial solid nodules: diameter 8 ~ 30mm; Diameter ?8mm, enlargement found after 3 months follow-up; (3) Ground glass nodules: diameter > 5mm, 3 months after follow-up found increased; Diameter ?5mm, 1 year after follow-up found increased; (4) medium-low risk nodules, but the patient's psychological pressure is particularly large, refuse follow-up observation, and strongly require surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Wedge resection of pulmonary nodules is expected to damage the bronchi or blood vessels above the segment; (2) Bleeding tendency; (3) heart and lung dysfunction, unable to tolerate surgery; (4) Severe infection period; (5) The vertical position of the body surface of the pulmonary nodules is located in the scapula, the roof of the pleura, and the female breast.
