14 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. corresponding to diagnosis standards of hospital-acquired pneumonia, ventilator-associated pneumonia, or acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis 2.extensively-drug resistant or pandrug-resistant pathogenic bacterias were found in phlegm or BALF 3.the combination of two or more different kinds of antibiotics is ineffective, or can not tolerate the side effects of antibiotics 4. Informed consent is signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age <14 years old; 2. Pregnant women; 3. inability to express the true will and the guardian does not agree ;4. Uncontrolled bronchial asthma; 5. Severe airway spasm and intolerance occurred during atomized inhalation in the past; 6. Antibiotic atomization therapy is required, and all antibiotics are antagonistic to bacteriophages
