Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The clinical examination met the GOLD 2024 guideline diagnostic criteria, and the laboratory examination and imaging examination confirmed COPD; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. The patient gives informed consent and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchial asthma and other types of lung diseases; 2. Combined with malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, and terminal diseases; 3.A history of mental illness; 4. Recent use of immunosuppressants, oral or intravenous glucocorticoids; 5. Quit the study.
