Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 years old to 75 years old; 2. ASA grade was I-III; 3.An major abdominal surgery is planned(the time of the surgery is over 2 hours); 4. The anesthesia method is intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to sign the test consent; 2. Have neuropsychiatric diseases, and have a history of neurological or psychiatric diseases; 3. Injuries with craniocerebral or cephalic lesions; 4. Visual and hearing impairment and difficulty in communication; 5. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Patients with metal implants in the body; 7. Substance or alcohol abusers;
