Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.>18  years of age; 2.indicated for elective pancreatoduodenectomy (PD); 3.the patient and their family or legal guardian voluntarily agree to and sign the informed consent form; 4.the patient demonstrates good compliance and can adhere to the prescribed medication regimen;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.unable to tolerate pancreatoduodenectomy (PD) due to cardiac and pulmonary function limitations; 2.pregnant and breastfeeding women; 3.individuals unwilling to participate in this study;
