13 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A Functional Movement Screen (FMS) test score greater than zero, and over shoulder squat score of at least 2 points, (2) more than 3 years of resistance training experience, and (3) no history of physical or mental impairment between the start and end of the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance; 2. Injury, loss of visit, midway withdrawal; 3. Missing more than two training sessions.
