8 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >=8 years, <=50 years old 2) Amblyopia group: The best corrected visual acuity of the amblyopia eye is <= 0.7, the best corrected visual acuity of the contralateral eye is normal, and the visual acuity difference between the two eyes is two or more lines 3) Normal control group: Normal binocular uncorrected or corrected visual acuity, normal binocular visual function, no history of strabismus or amblyopia, and no history of treatment 4) Right Sharp Handedness (Edinburgh Sharp Handedness Questionnaire)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other organic ocular pathology and medical history 2) Psychiatric disorders and medical history 3) Claustrophobia or metal implants that prevent the patient from undergoing MRI examination.
