18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old and =65 years old, gender is not limited; (2) There is an impacted third molar and the evaluation is consistent with the indication of removal; (3) Contraindications of edentulous extraction; (4) Only 1-2 impacted third molar teeth were extracted at one time during the visit; (5) The first and second molar teeth on the same side have no loss, no loosening, no serious malocclusion such as inverse jaw and cross jaw, and the tooth tissue is complete, no defects, caries, and other conditions; (6) The subjects voluntarily participated in the study, signed informed consent, and were able to cooperate with clinical follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before the start of this trial; (2) Patients who are currently receiving, or have received within the last 3 months, drugs that may affect or promote bone metabolism; (3) Mental abnormality without behavioral autonomy; (4) Pregnant women, breastfeeding women or menstruating, and patients with pregnancy plans within six months; (5) Patients with obvious symptoms of TMJ disorder; (6) Patients with obvious hemimastication or hemijaw; (7) Patients with food impaction between the first and second molars on the affected side; (8) Other conditions in which the doctor determines that he cannot participate in the test.
