Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years old; 2. Patients with regular, long-term blood transfusion program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous diagnosis of diabetes, or meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes at the time of visit 2. Patients with previous cardiovascular diseases, lung diseases, thrombotic diseases, tumors, et al 3. Patients with iron deficiency 4. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the study
