Interventions

Fortified protein combined with rehabilitation exercise group:The 24h target protein requirement was estimated at 2.0 g/kg/d (actual body weight)
Within 24 h after admission, physical therapy was carried out by the rehabilitation therapist: passive exercise, active exercise, neuromuscular electrical stimulation
Common protein group and rehabilitation exercise group:The 24h target protein requirement was estimated at 1.2 g/kg/d (actual body weight)
Fortified protein combined standard care group:The 24h target protein requirement was estimated at 2.0 g/kg/d (actual body weight)
Within 24 h after admission, recieved by standard care
Common protein combined standard care group:The 24h target protein requirement was estimated at 1.2 g/kg/d (actual body weight)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient‘s age > 18 years old admitted to ICU of our hospital with sepsis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury; 2. Lower limb fracture, etc. 3. Previous central cognitive dysfunction or neuromuscular disease, diabetes peripheral neuropathy
