Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.? the age is more than 18 years old and less than 80 years old; 2.? the basis of chronic liver disease (regardless of etiology); 3.?LSM > 10kPa or liver cirrhosis (imaging or histological diagnosis); 4.? sign informed consent form voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.? orthotopic liver transplantation or TIPS was performed; 2.?previous or current history of liver cancer or other cancers; 3.? acute or chronic portal vein thrombosis; 4.? previous splenectomy or splenic embolization; 5.? Current decompensation period (decompensation such as variceal bleeding, moderate to severe ascites, hepatic encephalopathy);
