Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the criteria of cognitive asthenia; 2. Age >=60 years old; 3. Not engaged in regular exercise calcination in the last six months: that is, at least 3 times a week, at least 20 minutes each time, all forms of regular exercise; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension and uncontrollable blood pressure (systolic blood pressure greater than 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100mmHg after taking medication); 2. History of alcohol and drug abuse; 3. A history of psychiatric disorders (such as personality disorders, schizophrenia, etc.), major depression (Beck Depression Inventory > 10 points), or suffering from severe depression. score), or suffering from severe aphasia and audio-visual disorders, or severe organ failure, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, history of myocardial infarction, musculoskeletal disorders, malignant tumors and other contraindications to exercise; 4. Those with metal implants (e.g., fixed metal denture, pacemaker, etc.) and others who are not suitable for magnetic resonance scanning; 5. Those who are participating in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
