Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Tumor patients with normal ovarian function: young female tumor patients who have a strong desire to have children and wish to preserve their fertility will soon undergo gonadotoxic radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Including: pre adolescent girls; Unmarried women who have reached sexual maturity do not accept egg cryopreservation; Patients with sexually mature tumors who cannot delay radiotherapy and chemotherapy; (2) Age = 35 years old; (3) AMH>1.1ng/mL, with at least one ovarian sinus follicle count>8; (4) The patient has a strong desire to preserve fertility; (5) Capable of withstanding laparoscopic surgery; (6) Expected five-year survival rate>60%; (7) After evaluation by the oncology and anesthesia departments that there are no contraindications for laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia, an informed consent form was signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) primary ovarian tumor; (2) ovarian metastasis was found in the excised ovarian tissues (3) she has received systemic chemotherapy, local radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and so on.
