Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chinese university students; 2.Because the study was a psychoeducational project, anyone with some degree of social anxiety distress could be included if they voluntarily enrolled in it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The presence of suicidal ideation or crisis; 2.Are suffering from social anxiety disorder or other mental illness
