Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.From 2019 to 2023, in the Department of Radiology at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, X-rays, DEXA bone density measurements, CT, and MRI scans were performed on outpatient and inpatient patients; 2.Age: Postmenopausal women aged 45 years or older; 3.Gender: Female. 4.Diagnosed with lumbar spine degenerative changes based on X-ray, CT, and MRI scans.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of fractures, surgery, trauma, or infection in the L1-L4 region; 2.Congenital spinal deformities, spinal tumors, spinal tuberculosis, spinal infections, or ankylosing spondylitis; 3.Incomplete patient medical records or clinical case data;
