Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children undergoing elective tonsil adenoidectomy; 2.3-5 years old; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I to II; 4.develop normally; 5.Performed by the same surgeon;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Respiratory infection 1 week before surgery; 2.Preoperative hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3.Long-term use of sedative or analgesic drugs; 4.Any congenital malformation or acquired disease that may increase the risk and dosage of anesthesia (e.g., but not limited to congenital heart disease, hydronephrosis, malnutrition, etc.); 5.Mental illness;
