Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient:?Patients primarily diagnosed with acute pancreatitis;?Age >= 20 years old, married with spouse as the primary cohabitant;?Can communicate normally and participate voluntarily. 2.spouse:?Patient recognized as primary cohabitant;?Age >= 20 years old;?Capable of completing questionnaires independently or under guidance;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients and spouses (shared):?Existence of cognitive and mental disorders;?Severe visual, auditory, and speech impairments;
