Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Long-term regular exercise group 1) Age 60 to 75 years old; 2) Right-handed; 3) Instrumental daily living ability score < 18 points; 4) Global Deterioration Scale (GDS) is at levels 1 to 3; 5) Education period =6 years 6) Regular exercise for more than 6 years, exercise =3 times a week, each exercise =30 minutes; 7) The total score of Montreal cognitive assessment Scale (MoCA) in Fuzhou was =22 points 8) The subject knows and voluntarily signs the informed consent. (2) Long-term inactive group 1) Age 60 to 75 years old; 2) Right-handed; 3) Instrumental daily living ability score < 18 points; 4) Global Deterioration Scale (GDS) is at levels 1 to 3; 5) Education period =6 years 6) Long-term irregular exercise (exercise =3 times a week, =30 minutes each time) for more than 6 years 7) Total score of Fuzhou MoCA =22 8) The subject knows and voluntarily signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1) The Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-15) =9 points; 2) Patients with hypertension whose blood pressure cannot be controlled stably after taking medication (systolic blood pressure > 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg); 3) Have a history of hospitalization for stroke, or severe malignant tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, organ failure, metabolic diseases, musculoskeletal system diseases, etc. 4) There are contraindications to MRI scanning, including but not limited to: implanted cardiac pacemaker, artificial metal heart valve, etc.; Implant metal substances in the body, such as metal foreign bodies in the eye and inner ear, metal prostheses, metal joints, etc.; And may have spatial claustrophobia such as not suitable for MRI scans; 5) A history of serious alcohol or drug abuse; 6) Have a history of mental illness, such as bipolar depression, personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc. 7) accompanied by visual/hearing impairments or dyslexia that affect the assessment of cognitive function; 8) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
