Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. If the subject is under 18 years old, the parents must sign an informed consent form 2. Individuals who are undergraduate freshmen enrolled in September 2024 at Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Campus. 3. The number of research participants is between 400 and 800 people.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Samples who are under 18 years old and whose parents did not sign the informed consent form. 2. Individuals who have been diagnosed with a mental health problem (e.g., depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc.) within the past six months that significantly affects daily life 3. Individuals who are receiving treatment for a more serious mental health problem (such as hospitalization, medication modification by a psychiatrist, or psychotherapy for severe symptoms)
