Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.HP infection was diagnosed and initially treated; 2.The patient voluntarily chose to receive tigoprazan-amoxicillin dual therapy; 3.No gender limit; 4.The age is between 18 and 75;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Use antibiotics, PPI, H2 receptor antagonists, bismuth and other drugs in the last 4-weeks; 2.Patients who were allergic to amoxicillin and tigorazan were identified; 3.Lactating or pregnant women; 4.Patients with severe liver and renal insufficiency, heart failure, and mental illness; 5.Patients with gastric cancer, history of gastric surgery and peptic ulcer with bleeding and perforation;
